Cruise Souvenir.  Delft Blue Ceramic Tile from the 55,000 gt ms Veendam of Holland America Line. The front of the tile shows an old sailing ship -perhaps the original Veendam after which the cruise ship was named  with ms ms Veendam across the bottom, and Holland America Line across the top. The back is corked. A lovely piece of ocean liner memorabilia.

Condition: Excellent

The ms Veendam, one of HAL's "S-Class" ships, has been sailing for Holland America Line since she was new, in 1996.  In a refurbishment earlier this year, a new pool, as well as balcony and lanai cabins were added.  She is currently sailing Alaskan and Pacific Northwest itineraries, and will reposition to South America for the North American winter.
