Here's a cruise accessory that just screams tropics!  A lovely shade of blue with a pink hibiscus flower on one side and a yellow and orange one on the other.  An inch and a half wide, with an inner circumference of just over 8". Outer circumference is approximately 11".   Hand painted - made in India. Smooth enamel finish on wood.
