PAYMENT
Purchases must be paid for within seven days from date of purchase.

SHIPPING
Most of our items ship free within the continental United States. We usually have your package in the hands of the USPS in less than three business days of receiving cleared payment.
SHIPMENTS DESTINATIONS WITHIN THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES: Free shipping is via First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Parcel Post, at our discretion. (Dependent on the size and weight of item or items purchased.)
If you need your item quickly, please contact us to arrange expedited processing and shipping. (Additional fee will apply)
SHIPMENTS TO CANADA: On most of our items, shipping is available to Canada for less than $1.00 per item! (A few heavy, bulky, or fragile items are more.) For Canadian addresses, shipping is added to your cart at checkout.
SHIPMENTS to ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, the US VIRGIN ISLANDS: Most of our smaller and lighter items ship free via First Class Mail to these destinations.. There may be a small surcharge for shipping heavy, bulky, or fragile items to these areas. Please contact us if an item you are interestd in does not appear to qualify for First Class . (12 oz or less)
SHIPMENTS to UNITED KINGDOM and AUSTRALIA: Please contact us for details of shipping a particular item to your area.

In the interst of the environment, and to keep shipping costs low so that we can continue offering free shipping, we do recycle shipping boxes. So, if (for example) your package arrives in a box that appears to have the original shipping label removed, and a new one applied - it has!

RETURNS / REFUNDS / EXCHANGES
If, within 14 of the purchase date, you are unsatisfied with your purchase from Cruise Ready Store, please contact us. We will exchange or refund the purchase price, upon return of the original item. Refunds are less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges for returning the merchandise are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that swimsuits and other apparel are non-returnable.
